左氧氟沙星联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Levofloxacin Combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b Gel in the Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis

目的:研究左氧氟沙星联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶对慢性宫颈炎患者免疫炎性指标的影响。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年10月蕲春县第二人民医院收治的慢性宫颈炎患者120例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各60例。对照组采用左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、免疫炎性指标、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平均升高,白介素-10(IL-10)、白介素-17(IL-17)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均下降,研究组IgM、IgG水平高于对照组,IL-10、IL-17、hs-CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎效果显著,可有效改善患者症状,提高免疫功能,安全性较高。

Objective:To study the effects of levofloxacin combined with recombinant human interferonα2b gel on immunoinflammatory indexes in patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic cervicitis treated in Qichun County Second People's Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the study group was treated with recombinant human interferonα2b gel on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,immunoinflammatory indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)were increased,while the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-17(IL-17)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were decreased in both groups.The levels of IgM and IgG in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-10,IL-17 and hs-CRP were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin combined with recombinant human interferonα2b gel in the treatment of chronic cervicitis has significant effect,can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,improve immune function,with high safety.
