综合疗法治疗微小度数斜视性弱视的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Therapy on Minor Degree Strabismus Amblyopia

目的:探讨综合疗法治疗微小度数斜视性弱视的临床效果。方法:采取抽样调查方式回顾性分析2013年1月-2020年1月邯郸市眼科医院进行微小度数斜视性弱视治疗患儿100例的临床资料。患儿均行综合疗法治疗,治疗时间6个月,治疗结束后进行随访调查,统计综合疗法对小度数斜视性弱视患儿在不同程度弱视、不同注视斜视性弱视、不同屈光度治疗效果及治疗后生活质量。结果:轻度、中度患儿总有效率高于重度患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中心注视弱视患儿总有效率高于旁中心注视弱视患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);屈光度<2.50 D患儿总有效率高于屈光度≥2.50 D患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,患儿躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活状态、社会功能评分及生活质量总分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微小度数斜视性弱视应用综合疗法可改善患儿生活质量、有效提升治疗效果,中心弱视治疗高于旁中心效果,弱视程度越低、屈光度越小治疗效果越佳。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy on minor degree strabismus amblyopia.Methods:The clinical data of 100 children with minor degree strabismic amblyopia treated in Handan Eye Hospital from January 2013 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed by sampling survey.All children were treated with comprehensive therapy for 6 months.Follow-up survey was conducted after treatment,and the effects of comprehensive therapy on the treatment of amblyopia with minor degree of strabismic amblyopia with different degrees of amblyopia,different fixation strabismic amblyopia,different diopter and quality of life after treatment were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of mild and moderate children was higher than that of severe children,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the children with central fixation amblyopia was higher than that of the children with peripheral central fixation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of children with diopter<2.50 D was higher than that with diopter≥2.50 D,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,material life status,social function and total quality of life of the children were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive therapy can improve the quality of life and effectively enhance the therapeutic effect of children with minor degree strabismic amblyopia.The treatment effect of central amblyopia is higher than that of peripheral amblyopia.The lower the degree of amblyopia and the lower the diopter,the better the therapeutic effect.
