摘要
目的:探讨超声引导下颈神经根注射混合药液治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年12月广东省江门市新会区中医院门诊首次诊断为CSR的患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予保守治疗,观察组给予超声引导下颈神经根注射混合药液治疗,比较两组患者疼痛程度、臂丛神经牵拉试验(Eaton试验)阳性率。结果:治疗1、3周后,两组患者VAS评分均降低,同时间点观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、3周后,两组患者Eaton试验阳性率均降低,同时间点观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下颈神经根注射混合药液治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,可降低患者疼痛程度,减少Eaton试验阳性率。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided cervical nerve root injection mixed medical solution in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:Eighty patients diagnosed with CSR for the first time in the outpatient department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinhui District from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conservative treatment,and the observation group was given ultrasound-guided injection of mixed medical solution into cervical nerve roots.The pain degree and positive rate of brachial plexus pulling test(Eaton test)were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 and 3 weeks of treatment,VAS scores of both groups were decreased,and observation group was lower than control group at the same time point,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 weeks of treatment,the positive rate of Eaton test decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group at the same time point,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided injection of cervical nerve root mixed medical solution is effective in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy,which can reduce the pain degree of patients and reduce the positive rate of Eaton test.
