盐酸西替利嗪联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Combined with Fluticasone Propionate in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:探讨盐酸西替利嗪口服液联合丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年5月-2021年7月安陆市普爱医院耳鼻喉科收治的过敏性鼻炎患儿150例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各75例。对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪口服液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、血清学指标[血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组打喷嚏、流鼻涕和鼻塞症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者IgE、TNF-ɑ、CRP水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸西替利嗪口服液联合丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎效果显著,可有效缩短患儿临床症状缓解时间,降低血清炎性因子水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of cetirizine hydrochloride oral solution combined with fluticasone propionate aerosol in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:150 cases of children with allergic rhinitis admitted to the Otolaryngology Department of Anlu Puai Hospital from May 2020 to July 2021 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,75 cases each.The control group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride oral solution,and the observation group was treated with fluticasone propionate aerosol on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom relief time,and serological indexes[serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),tumor necrosis factor-ɑ(TNF-ɑ),and C-reactive protein(CRP)]of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of sneezing,runny nose and nasal congestion symptoms was shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgE,TNF-ɑand CRP were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cetirizine hydrochloride oral solution combined with fluticasone propionate aerosol is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,which can effectively shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors in children.
