化痰祛瘀汤联合他汀类药物治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Combining Huatanquyu Decoction with Statins in the Treatment of Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris in Coronary Artery Disease

目的:探讨化痰祛瘀汤联合他汀类药物治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法:选取2020年9月-2021年12月江苏省南通市通州区中医院急诊科收治的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者40例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组给予他汀类药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合化痰祛瘀汤治疗,比较两组患者血流动力学、血脂、血管内皮功能、生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原水平均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均升高,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血浆内皮素(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组社会功能、生理功能、心理健康、生命活力、生理职能、情感职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化痰祛瘀汤联合他汀类药物治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的临床效果显著,能改善患者血流动力学、血脂水平,有利于血管内皮功能改善,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combining Huatanquyu decoction with statins in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris in coronary artery disease.Methods:40 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary artery disease admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine,Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to December 2021 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 20 cases each.The control group was treated with statins,and the observation group was treated with combined Huatanquyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The hemodynamics,blood lipids,vascular endothelial function,and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and fibrinogen water decreased on average in both groups.The observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels decreased and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels increased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,plasma endothelin(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social function,physical function,mental health,vitality,physical function,emotional function,somatic pain,and overall health scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of combining Huatanquyu decoction with statins in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris in coronary artery disease is significant,which can improve patients'hemodynamics and lipid levels,facilitate the improvement of vascular endothelial function,and improve the quality of life.
