输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后并发症分析

Analysis of Complications after Holmium Laser Lithotripsy with Ureteral Flexible Mirror

目的:分析肾、输尿管上段结石患者采取输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗的并发症。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年6月沛县人民医院泌尿外科收治的肾、输尿管上段结石患者59例为观察对象,均采取输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗,分析并发症发生情况。结果:59例患者共出现术后感染1例,结石残留1例,输尿管损伤2例,并发症发生率为6.78%。结论:输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾、输尿管上段结石中并发症较少,效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the complications in patients with renal and upper ureteral stones treated with holmium laser lithotripsy by ureteral flexible mirror.Methods:59 patients with renal and upper ureteral stones admitted to the Department of Urology of Peixian People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as observation subjects.All of them were treated by holmium laser lithotripsy with ureteral flexible mirror,and the occurrence of complications was analyzed.Results:There were one case of postoperative infection,one case of stone residue and two cases of ureteral injury in 59 patients,with a complication rate of 6.78%.Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy with ureteral flexible mirror has fewer complications and significant results in the treatment of renal and upper ureteral stones.
