综合护理干预对盆腔炎患者的影响

Impact of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:探讨综合护理干预对盆腔炎患者的应用效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2022年5月江苏省常州市武进第五人民医院收治的盆腔炎患者100例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。观察组给予综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组患者负面情绪、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组患者抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者生理功能、一般健康状况、社会功能、精神健康评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预盆腔炎患者应用效果显著,能改善患者负面情绪,提高患者生活质量,提升患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the application of pelvic inflammatory disease patients.Methods:100 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease patients admitted to Changzhou Wujin Fifth People's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2022 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases each.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing interventions and the control group was given conventional nursing interventions.The negative emotions,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After care,the scores of depression self-rating scale and anxiety self-rating scale were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After care,the physical function,general health status,social function,and mental health scores were higher in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention for pelvic inflammatory disease patients is effective in improving patients'negative emotions,improving their quality of life,and enhancing their nursing satisfaction.
