摘要
目的:探讨低离子凝聚胺技术在临床输血检验中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月-2022年2月甘肃省嘉峪关市酒钢医院受血者68例为观察对象,以随机数字法分为研究组与参照组,各34例。研究组采用低离子凝聚胺技术检验,参照组采用盐水介质法检验,比较两组患者红细胞凝集情况、阳性检出率、检查耗时、灵敏度及准确率。结果:研究组抗-D、抗-E、抗-e、抗-C及抗-c阳性对照凝聚强度均高于参照组;研究组阳性检出率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组检查耗时短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组敏感性、准确率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低离子凝聚胺技术应用于临床输血检验中可提高阳性检出率,为临床输血安全性提供有效的技术支撑。
Objective:To explore the effect of low ion coagulant amine technology in clinical blood transfusion testing.Methods:Sixty-eight cases of blood recipients in Jiugang Hospital,Jiayuguan,Gansu Province,from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into study group and reference group by random number method,34 cases each.The study group was tested by low ion coagulant amine technology and the reference group was tested by saline media method.The erythrocyte agglutination,positive detection rate,examination time consuming,sensitivity and accuracy of the two groups were compared.Results:Anti-D,anti-E,anti-e,anti-C and anti-c positive control coagulation intensities were higher in the study group than in the reference group.The positive detection rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination time in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy rate of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of low ion gelamine technology in clinical transfusion testing can improve the positive detection rate and provide effective technical support for clinical transfusion safety.
