摘要
目的:分析64排CT在颅脑肿瘤临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年2月铜山区人民医院收治的颅脑肿瘤患者43例作为研究对象,对患者进行64排CT检查,以手术病理诊断为金标准,比较不同诊断方式诊断的准确率、诊断分型准确率、不同分型颅脑肿瘤CT检测数据[增高强度、对比剂通过时间(MTT)、峰值时间(TTP)、局部脑血流(rCBF)、局部脑血容量(rCBV)]、颅脑肿瘤灌注检查数据[rCBV、rCBV、瘤体PS值]。结果:两组诊断方式颅脑肿瘤诊断准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种诊断方式颅脑肿瘤诊断分型准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);转移瘤患者增高强度、rCBF、rCBV高于脑膜瘤患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);转移瘤患者rCBV、rCBV、PS值低于脑膜瘤患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床应用64排CT诊断颅脑肿瘤整体准确率较高,通过图像可以对肿瘤的特点进行分析,判断是否出现转移,可为疾病的诊断提供更全面的影像学资料。
Objective:To analyze the application value of 64-row CT in the clinical diagnosis of cranio-cerebral tumors.Methods:Forty-three patients with craniocerebral tumors admitted to the Tongshan District People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as study subjects,and 64-row CT was performed on the patients,with surgical pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the accuracy of diagnosis by different diagnostic modalities,the accuracy of diagnostic staging,the CT detection data of different staged cranial tumors[boost intensity,contrast passage time(MTT),time to peak(TTP),local cerebral blood flow(rCBF),local cerebral blood volume(rCBV)],and the data of cranial tumor perfusion examination[rCBV,rCBV,tumor PS value]were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy of craniocerebral tumors between the two diagnostic modalities(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the accuracy of diagnostic staging of cranial tumors between the two diagnostic modalities(P>0.05).The augmentation intensity,rCBF and rCBV were higher in metastatic tumor patients than in meningioma patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rCBV,rCBV,and PS values of patients with metastases were lower than those of patients with meningiomas,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall accuracy of clinical application of 64-row CT for the diagnosis of cranial tumors is high,and the images can be used to analyze the characteristics of tumors and determine whether metastases are present,which can provide more comprehensive imaging information for the diagnosis of diseases.
