摘要
目的:探讨自动化药房管理系统在门诊药房的应用实践及优化对提高药学服务质量的影响。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年7月娄底市中心医院门诊药房实施传统药房系统管理的数据为对照组;选取2021年10月-2022年7月门诊药房实施自动化系统管理的数据为观察组,比较两组临床数据及患者满意度。结果:观察组日均发药处方量高于对照组,日均已配未发药处方量、取药等候时间及处方调配失误率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施自动化药房管理可提高门诊药房的工作效率及药学服务满意度,减少取药等候时间及处方调配失误率。
Objective:To explore the impact of the application practice and optimization of automated pharmacy management system in outpatient pharmacy on improving the quality of pharmacy services.Methods:The data of the implementation of traditional pharmacy system management in the outpatient pharmacy of Loudi Central Hospital from October 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the control group.The data from October 2021-July 2022 on the implementation of automated system management in the outpatient pharmacy were selected as the observation group.The clinical data and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The average daily number of prescriptions dispensed in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the average daily number of dispensed and undispensed prescriptions,waiting time for medication pickup and prescription dispensing error rate were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of automated pharmacy management can improve the efficiency of outpatient pharmacy and satisfaction of pharmacy services,and reduce the waiting time for medication collection and prescription dispensing error rate.
