晶粒结构对镁合金腐蚀行为影响的研究进展

摘要 镁合金是最轻的金属结构材料,具有良好的电磁屏蔽性、生物兼容性、导电导热性等,被誉为“21世纪绿色工程材料”,在航空航天、汽车工业、生物医疗器械、电子产品等领域具有极其广阔的应用前景,然而,镁合金的耐腐蚀性能差,成为制约其广泛应用的一大障碍。微观结构对镁及镁合金腐蚀具有较大的影响,本文以此为目的,综述了近年来微观结构中晶粒结构关于镁合金腐蚀的研究进展,从晶粒尺寸、混晶结构、晶体学织构三个方面详细介绍了当前研究遇到的问题以及取得的成果,并对晶粒结构与镁合金腐蚀行为关系研究的发展方向进行了展望。 Magnesium(Mg)alloy is the lightest metal structural material,which has good electromagnetic shielding,biocompatibility,electrical and thermal conductivity,etc.It is known as the‘21st century green engineering material’and has a very broad application prospect in aerospace,automotive industry,biomedical devices,electronic products and other fields.However,the poor corrosion resistance of Mg alloys has become a major obstacle to their wide applications.It is found that the microstructure has great influence on the corrosion of Mg and its alloys.For this purpose,this paper summarizes the research progress of microstructure especially the grain size,mixed crystal structure and crystallographic texture on the corrosion beahvior of Mg alloys in recent years,and introduces the problems and achievements of current research in detail.The research direction about the relationship between the grain structure and corrosion behavior of Mg alloys is prospected.
