摘要
面向卫星结构轻量化的发展需求,以卫星发动机支架底盘为研究对象,针对卫星轻量化发动机支架底盘,重点开展了激光加工参数优化和成形工艺研究,完成了卫星发动机支架底盘的增材制造成形且通过了力学试验考核,从而验证了增材制造方式在实现卫星结构轻量化方面的优越性和可行性。
For the development demand of lightweight satellite structure,the satellite engine support chassis was taken as the research object.For satellite lightweight engine bracket chassis,the optimization of laser processing parameters and forming process was emphasized,and the additive manufacturing of satellite engine support chassis was completed.It passed the mechanical test,which verified the superiority and feasibility of additive manufacturing in realizing the lightweight of satellite structure.
