摘要
汽车座舱内环境的安全健康问题逐渐成为消费者关注的重点,其中内饰抗菌性能评价是重要的考核指标之一。本研究基于汽车健康座舱,应用验证试验,分析了常用和新型内饰光照材料的抗菌测试标准方法,建立完整的内饰抗菌性能评价体系。该体系填补了健康座舱评价规则空白,并为汽车行业和环境健康技术研究提供了科学依据。结果表明,对于常用内饰材料的性能评价,塑料材料可采用GB/T 31402—2015《塑料塑料表面抗菌性能试验方法》,纺织物可采用GB/T 20944.3—2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》,聚氨酯合成革可采用QB/T 4341—2012《抗菌聚氨酯合成革——抗菌性能试验方法和抗菌效果》;对于新型内饰材料,根据材质结构不同,PVC革和真皮可采用GB/T 31402—2015《塑料塑料表面抗菌性能试验方法》进行抗菌评价,TPO和超纤革可采用QB/T 4341—2012《抗菌聚氨酯合成革——抗菌性能试验方法和抗菌效果》进行抗菌评价。
The safety and health of automobile cabin environment has gradually become the focus of consumer concern,among which the antibacterial performance evaluation of interior is one of the most important evaluation indexes.This study is based on car healthy cockpits,application verification tests,analysis of standard methods for antibacterial testing of commonly used and new illumination interior materials,and establishment of a complete interior antibacterial performance.The evaluation system fills the gaps in the evaluation rules of the healthy cockpit and provides a scientific basis for the research of health technology in the automobile industry.The results show that for commonly used interior materials,the antibacterial test standard for plastic materials is GB/T 31402-2015‘Test method for antibacterial properties of plastic plastic surfaces’,and the textile application standard GB/T 20944.3-2008"Evaluation of antibacterial properties of textiles No.3 Part:Oscillation Method,polyurethane synthetic leather is evaluated using QB/T 4341-2012‘Antibacterial Polyurethane Synthetic Leather-Antibacterial Performance Test Method and Antibacterial Effect’.For new interior materials,PVC leather and leather adopt the standard GB/T 31402-2015‘Test Method for Antibacterial Performance of Plastic Plastic Surfaces’for antibacterial evaluation,according to different material structures.TPO and microfiber leather apply QB/T 4341-2012‘Antibacterial Polyurethane synthetic leather-antibacterial performance test method and antibacterial effect’to evaluate the antibacterial performance of materials.
