热塑性聚酰胺弹性体的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 聚酰胺热塑性弹性体(TPAEs)是一种兼具聚酰胺和聚醚/聚酯两者优异性能的新型弹性材料,具有良好的低温柔性、高的热稳定性及弹性。近年来,TPAEs已发展出多个品种,其制备、结构、性能及应用方面的研究也取得一定的进展。我国对TPAEs的需求量逐年增加,但目前国内总体产业化水平与国外还存在一定差距,市场上大部分产品也主要依赖于进口。本文对现有聚酰胺弹性体合成方法进行了对比,重点总结分析了聚酰胺弹性体性能调控过程中的影响因素,如硬软段的组成、比例、含量、相对分子量大小等,最后介绍了一些近几年TPAEs的应用研究并对未来发展方向进行展望。 Thermoplastic polyamide elastomer(TPAEs)represents a category of high performance thermoplastic elastomer with excellent properties of polyamide and polyether/polyester.It has good low temperature flexibility,thermal stability and resilience.Over the last few decades,TPAEs have rapidly developed into a large variety of kinds of TPAEs.Some advancements,such as synthesis,structures/properties as well as applications,have been achieved in this research field.The demand for TPAEs is constantly increasing,but there is still a gap between domestic industrialization and foreign countries,and the market are mainly reliant on imported inputs.This paper compares the synthesis methods of polyamide elastomer,and the influencing factors in the regulation of polyamide elastomer properties are summarized and analyzed,such as hard and soft segment composition,proportion,content,relative molecular weight size,etc.In the end,the application research of TPAEs in recent years is briefly summarized and the future development direction is prospected.
