配电房安全智能监控平台接地刀闸状态位监控方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 接地刀闸在智能监控平台信号的作用下容易产生阻抗互感,导致刀闸状态位产生数值偏移、监控过程产生时延。研究一种配电房安全智能监控平台接地刀闸状态位的监控方法。采用支持平台运行的通信协议规整数据,过滤组合处理规整数据,挖掘处理配电房安全智能监控平台运维状态;建立配电房的运维电流场,确定空间范围内接地刀闸的电位参数,拆分监控平台处理的电网结构,并转置处理节点的电压,平衡信号对接地刀闸产生的阻抗互感,利用配电回路产生的工频分量以及高频分量作为触发监控分量,构建刀闸状态位监控方法。搭建监控测试环境,设置接地刀闸的接线结构后,将基于数据融合的监控方法、基于CDEGS仿真计算的监控方法与所设计的监控方法进行对比测试,结果表明:设计的状态位监控方法所产生的监控时延最小、监控时效性最佳。 The grounding switch is prone to impedance mutual inductance under the action of the signal of the intelligent monitoring platform,which leads to the value shift of the state position of the switch and the time delay of the monitoring process.To this end,the method of monitoring the state position of the grounding switch of the distribution room safety intelligent monitoring platform is studied.The communication protocols supporting the operation of the platform are used to regularize the data,filter and combine the regularized data for processing,dig and process the operation and maintenance status of the intelligent safety monitoring platform of the power distribution room,establish the operation and maintenance current field of the power distribution room,and determine the potential parameters of the grounding switch within the space.The grid structure processed by the monitoring platform is split up,and the voltage of the processing node is transferred,and the impedance mutual inductance generated by the signal to the grounding switch is balanced,and the power frequency component and the high frequency component generated by the distribution loop are used as the trigger monitoring components to construct the status monitoring method of the grounding switch.With the monitoring and testing environment built and the wiring structure of the switch set,the data fusion-based method and the CDEGS simulation-based monitoring method are tested and compared with the designed method.The testing and comparison result shows that the designed state monitoring method produces the minimum monitoring delay and the best monitoring timeliness.
