摘要
目前国内外缺乏能够模拟变压器真实高电压、大电流运行工况的变压器真型平台,并且在模拟变压器运行时构建的缺陷大多为局部放电故障。为了真实全面地模拟变压器实际运行,还应考虑变压器额定运行工况的模拟以及其他可能遇到的故障,例如绕组变形、过热故障等。为此,利用相互负载法模拟110 kV变压器额定运行工况,使电流与电压等级均满足额定运行条件,并设计4种变压器典型故障方案。研究结果复现了变压器实际运行工况,同时平台中设置的故障,包括局部放电、绕组变形、铁心多点接地等典型故障,贴近变压器的实际运行环境,对推动变压器故障模拟及相应缺陷检测的研究具有借鉴作用。
At present,there is a lack of methods and platforms that can simulate the real high-voltage and high-current operation conditions of transformer at home and abroad.Moreover,most of the defects constructed are partial discharge faults.In order to truly and comprehensively simulate the actual operation of the transformer,the simulation of the rated operating conditions of the transformer and other possible faults,such as winding deformation,overheating faults,etc.,should also be considered.In this paper,the rated operating condition of 110 kV transformer is simulated by using the back-to-back method,so that the current and voltage levels meet the rated operating condition,and four typical transformer fault schemes are designed.The research results reproduce the actual operating conditions of the transformer,and the faults set in the platform include typical faults such as partial discharge,winding deformation,and multi-point grounding of the iron core.The platform can be close to the actual operating environment of the transformer,and the results have references for promoting the research of transformer fault simulation and corresponding defect detection.
