摘要
针对某亚临界300MW机组,通过弯扭等方式优化了低压末级叶型的设计。在不同负荷的热力工况下,对比原始方案与优化方案末级叶片的流动情况,确定优化后的型线能够有效地改善末级流场特性。利用有限元进行强度了分析,以保证叶片的安全性。
For a subcritical 300MW unit,this paper optimizes the design of the LP final stage blade profile through bending and torsion.Under thermal conditions of different loads,the flow conditions of the original final stage blades and the optimized final stage blades are compared to determine that the optimized profile can improve the final stage flow field characteristics.Subsequently,the strength analysis was performed using finite element to ensure the safety of the blade.
