Research on Adoption Standard of Asphalt for Submarine Power Cable

沥青是海底电力电缆制造过程中不可缺少的原材料。本文说明了海底电力电缆用沥青的作用,并对目前沥青的标准规定现状进行了介绍,梳理分析了当前国内外学者对于沥青性能及标准的研究现状等情况,并通过实际监理实例阐述了现实中对于沥青的采用标准的研究仍存在分歧,总结了监理过程中质量问题及建议措施,为确保海底电力电缆用沥青质量符合技术要求,提出了今后海底电力电缆用沥青标准采用以及修订的途径和方向的建议。

Asphalt is an indispensable raw material in the manufacture of submarine power cables. This paper explains the role of asphalt used in submarine power cables, and introduces the current status of asphalt standards and regulations, as well as the current research status of asphalt performance and standards by scholars at home and abroad.Research on the adoption of criteria remains divided. The quality problems and suggested measures in the process of supervision are summarized. In order to ensure that the quality of asphalt used for submarine power cables meets the technical requirements, suggestions for the adoption and revision of asphalt standards for submarine power cables in the future are put forward.
