摘要
本文简要介绍了依托石油化工设备全寿命周期公共服务基础平台(LCPSP)开发出的阀门二维码模块,利用手机App小程序与电脑PC端相结合,通过建立二维码唯一标识,对阀门生产从原材料入厂到各个生产工序的质量控制点进行实时追踪,以实现业主方、总承包方、设备监理方、生产方对相关数据的溯源管理,这是提高工程设备监理质量管理信息化、智能化管理水平的有益探索。
This paper briefly introduces the valve two-dimensional code module developed on the basis of the whole life cycle public service platform of petrochemical equipment(LCPSP).Combined the small program of mobile phone with the PC terminal,by establishing two-dimensional code unique identification,the quality control points of valve production from raw materials into the factory to each production process are tracked in real time to realize the traceability management of relevant data by the owner,general contractor,equipment supervisor and production side.It is an useful exploration to improve the level of information and intelligent management of engineering equipment supervision and quality management.
