摘要
为了提高电梯检修的效率和频次,降低人工检修的危险及漏检率,本文主要论述了目前电梯检修的现状及电梯结构的特性,以及在已有的机器人理论和案例实践基础上,通过运用网络通信理论和图像识别原理,探讨智能机器人在电梯检修中的应用,并研究设计出可应用于电梯导轨检修的智能巡检机器人。通过实验验证表明,该款机器人的实际应用可以大幅提高电梯导轨巡检的作业效率,降低检修工作的人工成本。
In order to improve the efficiency and frequency of elevator maintenance, reduce the risk and omission rate of manual maintenance, this article mainly discusses the current status of elevator maintenance and the characteristics of elevator structure, and on the basis of the existing of robot theory and case practice, using the theory of network communication and image recognition principle, to explore the application of intelligent robot in elevator maintenance. And the intelligent inspection robot is developed which can be used in the maintenance of elevator guide rail. The experimental results show that the practical application of this robot can greatly improve the operation efficiency of elevator rail inspection and reduce the labor cost of maintenance.
