摘要 本文主要介绍核电站反应堆压力容器Canopy焊缝基本结构原理及焊接质量控制要点,基于GTAW氩弧焊工作原理,分析某核电项目反应堆压力容器Canopy焊缝典型缺陷成因,并使用原因树方法查找底层原因,论证确定导致缺陷发生的主要原因,在此基础上提出优化防人因工具、加强经验反馈、开展制造先决条件检查、工艺优化、风险预识别以及监督细化等系列管理对策。 This paper mainly describes structure of canopy seal weld of reactor pressure vessel and welding quality control requirements. Based on GTAW argon arc welding theory, the typical defects causes of canopy seal welds in the reactor pressure vessel of a nuclear power project are analyzed, and the fault tree analysis is used to find the underlying causes, and the main causes led to defects are demonstrated and determined. On those basis,management strategy such as tools for preventing human causes, operation experiences, prerequisites check, process optimization, risk identification and surveillance refinement are proposed.
