摘要 随着农药有效成分创制周期及成本快速增长,农药制剂创新成为行业关注的热点。回顾农药剂型发展的历史,从宏观和微观层面加强对农药剂型的认知,在分析农药登记产品剂型分布现状基础上,提出农药制剂创新研究方向:一是对现有剂型的性能升级,二是场景导向的新剂型创新。乳油、可湿性粉剂、可溶液剂等现有剂型,主要通过使用新型功能型助剂提升产品性能;悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂等水性制剂,将由制剂体系向药液体系和雾化体系性能优化延伸;颗粒剂和可溶粒剂将向功能型、省力化、缓释颗粒剂方向发展。场景导向的新剂型创新则主要包括作物全程导向的剂量调控释放,防控场景导向的技术体系构建等方面。企业作为创新的主体,应根据对剂型加工的理解和掌控技术的水平,站在作物生长全程角度,统筹考虑作物“营养平衡、植物保护、作物健康”等需求,开展适合企业发展的农药制剂创新研究。 With the rapid growth of the time and cost of new pesticides active ingredients innovation, the world focus on the pesticide formulation innovation gradually. This paper reviews the development history of pesticide formulations,strengthens the cognition of pesticide formulations from macro and micro levels, and proposes innovative research directions of pesticide formulations based on the analysis of the current situation of pesticide registration product formulations distribution. The first is to upgrade the performance of registered formulations, and the second is the scenario-oriented new formulations innovation. It is the mainly methods to enhance the performance of emulsifiable concentrate, wettable powder and soluble concentrate by using new functional surfactants. Suspension concentrate,emulsion oil in water, micro-emulsion and other water-based formulations, will be focus on the performance optimization of diluted with water and atomization system. Granule and soluble granule will develop into functional, labor-saving and control-release granule. Scenario-oriented new formulations innovation mainly includes crop whole-process oriented dose transfer and control-release, and the development of new scenario-oriented technical system. As the main body of innovation, enterprises should carry out innovative research on pesticide formulations suitable for the development of enterprises based on their understanding and technology of the pesticide formulations processing, and from the perspective of the whole process of crop growth, taking into account the needs of crop "nutrition balance, plant protection, crop health" and so on.
