集装箱板SPA-H翘曲原因及改善措施

摘要 随着物流业的迅猛发展,集装箱板带钢市场份额急速扩大,客户对其外形精度的要求也越来越高。柳钢热轧厂为了提高产品市场竞争力,满足客户日益提高的质量需求,针对集装箱板裁切后的板形翘曲问题进行了详细的研究和分析。结合热轧现场生产情况和用户的使用状况,分析认为集装箱板裁切后的翘曲变形问题主要与集装箱板的强度和钢板残余应力的均匀性有关。通过对集装箱板的成分、轧制工艺和冷却工艺进行调整后,集装箱板的强度降低30~50 MPa,同时钢板残余应力的均匀性得到有效提升,集装箱板裁切后翘曲现象明显改善。此外,针对用户使用集装箱板矫直效果差的问题,通过指导终端用户优化矫直工艺,提升矫直效果后,裁切翘曲情况基本消除,大大提升了用户对柳钢产品的满意度。 With the rapid development of the logistics industry,the market share of container plate and strip steel has expanded rapidly.In order to improve market competitiveness and meet customer quality requirements,Liugang Hot Rolling Plant has carried out research and analysis on the problem of plate warpage after container plate cutting.Combined with the on-site production situation of hot rolling and the usage conditions of users,it is considered that the warpage deformation of the container board after cutting is mainly related to the strength and uniformity of residual stress of the container board.After adjusting the composition,rolling process and cooling process of the container board,the strength of the container board is reduced,the residual stress uniformity is improved,and the warpage of the container board after cutting is significantly improved.Aiming at the problem of poor straightening effect of the user's container board,by optimizing the straightening process,after improving the straightening effect,the cutting warpage is basically eliminated.
