四川省焦化行业危险废物产排污系数核算

摘要 本文通过发放调查表和现场踏勘的方式对四川省焦化行业进行了调研,根据收集的数据识别了四川省焦化行业生产过程中产生的危险废物种类,通过加权法核算了产排污系数,并通过实测数据验证了产排污系数的可行性。结果表明,焦化行业生产过程中产生的危险废物中焦油渣、酸焦油、沥青渣、粗苯残渣、生化污泥将返回系统利用,焦油作为产品对外售卖。经对不同种类危险废物产排污系数进行检验,产排污系数计算的产污量与实际量相对比误差在20%以内,并与其他行业相对比,认为本次核算的危险废物产排污系数可行。综上,本次核算的四川省焦化行业产排污系数有效,可以为四川省焦化行业环境保护提供有力的基础支持。 The coking industry in Sichuan Province was investigated deeply by issuing questionnaires and on-site survey.According to the collected data,the types of hazardous wastes generated in the production process of the coking industry in Sichuan Province are calculated and identified.The production and discharging coefficient were calculated by the weighted average method.The reliability of the production and discharge coefficient has been verified by measured data.The results showed the tar residue,acid tar,asphalt residue,crude benzene residue and biochemical sludge generated in the production process of the coking industry would be returned to the system for use,and the tar would be sold as a product.According to the inspection of the production and discharge coefficients of different types of hazardous wastes,the error between the calculated pollutant production and the actual quantity was within 20%,Compared with error of production and discharge coefficient in other industries,it was believed that the production and discharge coefficient of hazardous waste in this accounting was reliable.Therefor,the production and emission coefficient of Sichuan coking industry calculated this time was effective,which could provide favorable basic support for environmental protection of Sichuan coking industry.
