西昌化产焦油渣无害化处置及超级离心脱渣技术研究

摘要 采用先进、成熟、可靠、实用的物理分离方式处理粗焦油和焦油渣,在原有的基础上新增设一套焦油超级离心机及焦油渣处置技术,实现焦油渣中的煤粉和焦油分开,焦油作为产品销售或加工,煤粉作为炼焦煤使用,有利于回收化产品的焦油,确保焦炭质量的稳定性。采用该工艺后,避免了焦油渣活动储存罐在收集过程和运往煤场过程中会产生的部分跑冒滴漏,对该区域的安全环保提供有力支撑,达到国家及行业标准。特研究出适合粗焦油渣处置技术,对焦油渣精细化环保处置运用技术及工艺提升改进具有重要的研究意义。 The advanced,mature,reliable and practical physical separation method is adopted to treat the crude tar and tar residue.A set of tar super centrifuge and tar residue disposal technology are added on the original basis to separate the coal powder and tar in the tar residue.The tar is sold or processed as a product,and the coal powder is used as coking coal,which is conducive to recovering the tar of products and ensuring the stability of coke quality.After this process is adopted,it can avoid part of the tar residue movable storage tank from escaping,emitting,dripping and leaking during the collection process and transportation to the coal yard,which provides strong support for the safety and environmental protection of the area and meets the national and industrial standards.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a technology suitable for the treatment of crude tar residue,which is of great significance for the application of refined environmental protection disposal technology of tar residue and the improvement of the process.
