“一包到底”铁水包包衬安全稳定性的提高 被引量:1

摘要 铁水包作为承接、转运、预处理的设备,对耐材抗渣、抗侵蚀性能的要求较高。在生产过程中,因传统热态人工检查方式无法对铁水包工作层残厚进行准确预测,而存在铁水包侵蚀速率过快、包壁渗铁、回吃渣铁等问题,导致铁水包包衬安全稳定性受到威胁。本文从包衬耐材材质、砌筑结构、消纳固废、在线热检等方面对铁水包包衬安全稳定性的影响因素进行了分析,通过将包衬耐材更换为Ⅱ型Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC-C砖,增加起步“拱脚砖”,控制吨铁消纳脱硫渣≤10 kg、水分含量≤0.5%、在废渣前加入粒度≤10 mm的保护性碎钢,铁水包承接钢水后拉至高炉下受铁冲兑,增加红外测温装置和包衬残厚检测功能,铁水包侵蚀速率、钻铁情况显著降低,有效保证了铁水包运转的安全性,满足了提升生产节奏与降低消耗的要求。 Hot metal ladle as a bearing,transport,pretreatment equipment,it requires high demands of refractory slag resistance and corrosion resistance.In the production process,because the traditional hot state manual inspection method cannot accurately predict the residual thickness of the ladle working layer,there are some problems such as big ladle erosion rate,ladle wall iron infiltration,back-eating slag iron,etc.the safety and stability of hot metal ladle lining are threatened.In this paper,the factors influencing the safety and stability of ladle lining are analyzed from the aspects of lining material,masonry structure,solid waste elimination and on-line heat detection.By replacing the lining refractory with type Ⅱ Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC-C brick and adding the starting"Arch-foot brick",the protective broken steel with particle size≤10 mm was added in front of the waste slag to control the absorption of desulphurization slag≤10 kg/t iron,moisture content≤0.5%,the hot metal ladle receives the molten steel and is drawn to the blast furnace for processing,the infrared temperature measuring device and the detection function of the residual thickness of the ladle are increased,the erosion rate of the hot metal ladle and the condition of drilling iron are significantly reduced,thus effectively ensuring the safety of the hot metal ladle operation.It meets the requirements of increasing production rhythm and reducing consumption.
