转炉底吹二氧化碳技术的应用 被引量:3

摘要 在钢铁冶金工业中,二氧化碳(CO_(2))与碳反应吸热可以起到控温、搅拌、覆盖保护和稀释的作用,不仅能够降低CO_(2)排放量,还能降低生产成本,提升钢水质量,因此可以替代底吹N_(2)和Ar作为氧化剂用于转炉炼钢。本文基于转炉底吹CO_(2)工艺技术的原理,介绍了该技术在张宣科技具体应用中的控制要点。转炉底吹CO_(2)技术应用后,装入制度执行原装入制度,根据CO_(2)预测的使用量调节入炉金属料和造渣剂装入量;根据冶炼钢种的不同,低碳钢采取前中期吹CO_(2)、后期吹N_(2)供气模式,中高碳钢采取全程吹CO_(2)供气模式,设定底吹供气强度0.02~0.06 Nm^(3)/(t·min),炉龄500炉后,供气强度提高至0.04~0.06 Nm^(3)/(t·min),并详细介绍了两种供气模式下的工艺控制。转炉采用底吹二氧化碳工艺以后,转炉冶炼过程中钢水的搅拌能力增强,脱磷率提高,不仅提高了钢水的质量,降低了冶金过程中的生产成本,而且对于冶金行业实现低碳排放、绿色排放也起到了积极作用。 In the iron and steel industry,the reaction of carbon dioxide and heat absorption can play the role of temperature control,stirring,covering protection and dilution,not only can reduce CO_(2)emissions,but also can reduce production costs,therefore,it can replace bottom blowing N_(2)and Ar as oxidant to be used in converter steelmaking.Based on the principle of converter bottom blowing CO_(2)technology,this paper introduces the control points of this technology in Zhangxuan Technology.After the application of converter bottom blowing CO_(2)technology,the loading system is carried out according to the original loading system,and the loading amount of metal charge and slagging agent is adjusted according to the predicted usage of CO_(2),the low carbon steel adopts the mode of CO_(2)blowing in the early and middle period and N_(2)blowing in the later period,and the medium and high carbon steel adopts the mode of CO_(2)blowing in the whole process.The bottom blowing intensity is set at 0.02~0.06 Nm^(3)/(t·min),and the furnace life is 500,the gas supply intensity was increased to 0.04~0.06 Nm^(3)/(t·min),and the process control under two gas supply modes was introduced in detail.After adopting the process of bottom blowing carbon dioxide in the converter,the stirring capacity of molten steel is enhanced and the dephosphorization rate is increased,which not only improves the quality of molten steel but also reduces the production cost in the metallurgical process,it also plays a positive role in realizing low carbon emission and green emission in metallurgical industry.
