钢铁供应链金融违约风险传染及防范策略

STEEL SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCIAL DEFAULT RISK CONTAGION AND PREVENTION STRATEGIES

供应链金融为钢铁行业相关企业提供了资金融通的渠道,然而企业之间的关联将导致违约风险具有传染性。为将违约风险传染扼杀在摇篮中,从融资企业、核心企业、物流企业以及金融机构等参与主体以及宏观环境的角度,分析了违约风险的形成原因,研究了融资企业、核心企业以及金融机构之间违约风险传染的机理,据此为融资企业、核心企业、物流企业、金融机构以及政府机构提出风险防范的建议,以期推动钢铁行业健康稳定的发展。

Supply chain finance provides financing channels for related enterprises in the iron and steel industry,but the association between enterprises will lead to the risk of default is contagious.In order to stifle the contagion of default risk in the cradle,this paper analyzes the causes of default risk from the perspective of financing enterprises,core enterprises,logistics enterprises,financial institutions and other participants as well as the macro environment and studies the mechanism of default risk contagion between core enterprises and financial institutions.Accordingly,suggestions on risk prevention are put forward for financing enterprises,core enterprises,logistics enterprises,financial institutions and government institutions in order to promote the healthy and stable development of iron and steel industry.
