摘要
唐山松汀钢铁7#高炉在51天时间内连续进行了4次闷炉和开炉复产作业,闷炉时长最短52 h 41 min,最长333 h 37min。对应不同时长,采取不同的闷炉、复产方式,均实现了快速复产达产,最短用时11 h 21 min恢复至全风作业。本文对4次闷炉及复产作业实践的全流程进行了全面介绍,对比了不同的闷炉方式,讨论分析了“偏开风口”和“花开风口”两种模式的优缺点,探讨了不同闷炉时长对应的复产开风口模式以及铁口氧枪的使用方法。最后总结出对应不同时长闷炉复产作业的最优化组织方案,提出了开炉用铁口氧枪的合理化改进建议,即闷炉时间过长,炉缸热损严重,不利于快速达产;花开风口的方式可加快复风过程,不超过120 h的闷炉可以采取此方式;氧枪的插入深度和角度必须准确,且最好用开口机直接送入。本次闷炉复产作业可为同行业的类似作业提供参考。
The 7#blast furnace of Songting Iron and Steel Company in Tangshan has been continuously damping down and blowing on for 4 times in 51 days.The length of the damping down is 52 h 41 minutes min and 333 h 37 minutes max.According to different length of time,different methods of damping down and blowing on were adopted,and the fast reproducing was achieved.The minimum time of reproducing was 11 hours and 21 minutes.In this paper,the whole process of four times of the practice of damping down and blowing on are introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of two modes of"Partial opening tuyere"and"Flower opening tuyere"are discussed and analyzed by comparing the different modes of blast furnace,the model of reproducing tuyere corresponding to different damping down length and the application method of iron nozzles oxygen lance were discussed.At last,the optimum organization scheme of blowing on operation for different length of damping down is summarized,and the reasonable improvement suggestion of iron-mouth oxygen lance is put forward.The way of opening tuyere can speed up the process of re-air,and it can be used for the furnace with no more than 120 h.The depth and angle of oxygen lance insertion must be accurate,and it is best to use the taphole opener directly into.The re-production operation of the furnace can provide reference for similar operations in the same industry.
