研发投入、人力资本与我国省域工业发展质量

Analysis on the R&D investment and human capital on development quality of industries between China’s provinces

从供给视角工业发展质量可分解为增加值贡献率、发展动力和环境友好度等维度。运用扩展的生产函数模型揭示人力资本、研发投入对工业发展质量影响机理,收集1999-2020年数据,测算指标和计量分析显示:我国各省市人均工业增加值、劳动生产率、单位工业增加值能耗及排放改善较大,资产利润率在波动中轻微提高,大多数省市工业增加值比率下降;人力资本质量、研发力度及交叉项对工业发展质量呈正向效应,金融发展、工业出口比率、外资比例等对工业发展质量不同维度有差异性影响。为提高工业发展质量,应调节研发投入结构,促进研发与人力质量良性互动,提高引进外资质量和金融资源配置效率。

Industrial development quality system could be decomposed into contribution rate of added value,development force and environmental friendliness from supply perspective.This paper has applied expansive production theories to analyze mechanism of human capital,R&D investment on industries development quality.By collecting mass data of 1999-2020,measuring indicators and econometric analysis show that industrial added value per capita,labor productivity,energy and pollution discharge of unit industrial added value have progressed greatly,and the profit rates of assets have increased slightly in the fluctuation,while the industrial added value rates of most provinces have declined.Human quality,R&D density and their integration have positive impact on industry development quality,while financial development,industry export rate and FDI rate impose desperate effects on different indicators of development quality.In order to enhance industry development quality,it suggests that adjusting R&D investment structure reasonably,promoting benign interaction between R&D and human quality,importing the quality of FDI and efficiency of financial resource allocation.
