实验水墨的视觉语言探索

Visual language exploration of experimental ink painting

20世纪的中国艺术一直寻求着自身的发展,其中20世纪80年代以后实验水墨成为中国现当代艺术的重要组成部分。实验水墨打破传统中国画的程式范式,在“水墨”这一媒介的传统规定性和当代可能性的动态化演进中,形成当代图像意识下视觉语言系统。实验水墨是中西文化交流的共时性对话中艺术形态的自觉生成,艺术形式突出体现在对绘画媒介的实验创新以及图像表达的探索研究,并构建出抽象的图像系统和系统的话语体系。本文将实验水墨放入中国画的绘画语言范畴中,从实验性表现机制中探索实验水墨的视觉语言,讨论了实验水墨的概念形态、视觉语言表征、视觉语言的符号形态构建,试图索解实验水墨生成机制中视觉语言表征的特点和视觉表征下生发出的视觉感知构成方式。

Chinese art in the 20th century has been seeking its own development, among which experimental ink painting has become an important part of Chinese modern and contemporary art since the 1980s. The experimental ink painting breaks the formula paradigm of traditional Chinese painting, and forms a visual language system under the consciousness of contemporary images in the dynamic evolution of the traditional stipulation and contemporary possibility of “ink painting”. Experimental ink painting is the conscious generation of artistic form in the synchronic dialogue of Chinese and Western cultural exchanges. The artistic form is prominently reflected in the experimental innovation of painting media and the exploration and research of image expression, and constructs an abstract image system and a systematic discourse system. This paper puts experimental ink painting into the category of painting language of Chinese painting, and explores the visual language of experimental ink painting from the experimental performance mechanism. The concept form, visual language representation and symbol form construction of experimental ink painting are discussed. This paper attempts to understand the characteristics of visual language representation in the generation mechanism of experimental ink painting and the way of visual perception generated by visual representation.
