高校思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。法治教育融入课程教学是建设法治中国的必然要求,是促进大学生全面发展的现实需要,是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的重要举措。系统梳理四门思想政治理论课中蕴含的法治教育资源,通过加强统筹规划、重视教师培训、优化教学模式和转变教育理念等措施构建推动法治教育融入的保障机制,完成好新时代赋予思想政治理论课的重要使命。

The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is the key course to implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.The integration of the rule of law education into curriculum teaching is an inevitable requirement of building China under the rule of law,a realistic need to promote the all-round development of college students,and an important measure to cultivate and practice socialist core values.This paper systematically sorts out the legal education resources contained in the four ideological and political theory courses,and builds a guarantee mechanism to promote the integration of legal education by strengthening overall planning,attaching importance to teacher training,optimizing teaching mode and changing educational concepts,so as to fulfill the important tasks entrusted to ideological and political theory courses in the new era.
