乳胶制品氟化物产排特征研究——以温州市为例

Production and emission characteristics of fluoride from latex products:a case of Wenzhou

为研究乳胶制品行业中污染物氟化物产排特征,监测温州市5家乳胶制品企业废水产生量、原料(湿乳胶)使用量及废水中氟化物浓度变化。结果表明,乳胶制品企业废水中氟化物为280.0~714.6 mg/L,乳胶制品行业中氟化物产污系数为6.3 kg/t,处理后氟化物为11.2~26.0 mg/L,处于其他行业规定氟化物排放限值临界范围,甚至个别已超过排放限值。因此,应加强对乳胶制品行业中污染物氟化物管理和监控,完善乳胶制品行业中污染物氟化物相关标准。

To study the emission characteristics of fluoride in the latex products industry,the amount of industrial wastewater and raw materials(wet latex),and the variation of fluoride concentration in the five latex products in Wenzhou was investigated and monitored.The results showed that fluoride concentrations in the latex product wastewater ranged from 280.0 to 714.6 mg/L,fluoride pollution coefficient in the latex industry was 6.3 kg/t,and fluoride concentrations in the treated discharged wastewater ranged from 11.2 mg/L to 26.0 mg/L,both of which were within the critical range of fluoride emission limits set by other industries,and even some had exceeded the emission threshold.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and control of fluoride in the latex product industry and improve the relevant standards of fluoride in the latex industry.
