摘要
技术创新与碳排放效率耦合协调发展对于装备制造业非常重要。基于2000—2019年装备制造业面板数据,构建了技术创新与碳排放效率耦合协调度模型及面板向量自回归(PVAR)模型,实证分析了两者间的耦合协调度及驱动力因素。结果表明:装备制造业碳排放效率综合评价值与技术创新综合评价值整体呈逐年增长趋势,且碳排放效率综合评价值大于技术创新,但技术创新综合评价值的增长幅度更大,两者差距正逐渐缩小,其中通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业增长幅度最大,仪器仪表及文化、办公用机械制造业增长幅度最小;耦合协调度整体经历从严重失调转变为轻度失调,各细分行业的耦合协调度基本均有提升;耦合协调度主要受耦合协调度本身影响,其次自主创新程度、能源结构对耦合协调度的贡献率也较大,而企业规模的贡献率较小。建议各细分行业实施差异化发展,并加强协调行业的辐射效应,建立装备产业集群。
The technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency are of great significance for equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the panel data of equipment manufacturing industry from 2000 to 2019,a coupling coordination degree model of technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency and a panel vector autoregression(PVAR)model were constructed to empirically analyze the coupling coordination degree and driving force.Results showed that the comprehensive evaluation values of carbon emission efficiency and technological innovation generally increased year by year,and that of carbon emission efficiency was greater than that of technological innovation,but technological innovation grew more rapidly.The gap was narrowing.Among them,communication devices,computers and other electronic devices manufacturing industry grew most rapidly,while instrumental,cultural and office manufacturing industry grew least rapidly.The coupling coordination degree varied from severe imbalance to mild imbalance.The seb-sectors increased greatly in general.The coupling coordination degree was mainly affected by the coupling coordination degree itself.The independent innovation degree and the energy structure made much contribution,too.But the enterprise scale made little contribution.It was recommended that all seb-sectors implement differentiated development,strengthen the coordination of the radiation effect,and establish an equipment industry cluster.
