基于浇包转角的自动倾转浇注控制系统设计

摘要 针对常见的倾转浇注过程中浇注设备浇注精度不足、自动化程度低等问题,设计自动浇注控制系统,并提出基于浇包转角的PLC控制策略。首先建立浇包在不同转角下浇注金属液体积与浇包转速的数学模型,然后设计倾转浇包PLC伺服控制系统,并通过触摸屏人机界面控制系统的启停与监测实时数据,实现了定速自动浇注。 Aiming at low degree of automation and low precision of pouring equipment in tilting pouring process,a new auto-pouring control system was designed and PLC control strategy based on pouring ladle angle was proposed.Firstly,the mathematical model of molten metal volume and angular velocity of pouring ladle at different angles was established;then,a PLC servo control system of pouring ladle was designed,and the start-stop of the system was controlled by touch screen which can display the real-time monitoring data.This system can realize auto-pouring at a constant speed.
