癫痫共病抑郁中医症状特征研究

Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom Characteristics of Epilepsy Comorbidity Depression

目的探索癫痫共病抑郁的中医常见症状、症状分布特征。方法对130例癫痫共病抑郁患者的中医四诊信息进行频数分析、关联性分析。结果出现频率排在前20位的症状依次为:情绪低落,兴趣减退,忧思多虑,烦躁易怒,悲伤无望,神思不聚,神疲乏力,入睡困难,头昏沉,健忘,纳差,胆怯易惊,自罪自责,嗜卧,早醒,思维迟缓,口干,沉默少言,多梦,头晕。癫痫共病抑郁的中医症状分布呈现出与性别、年龄、癫痫病程、癫痫的难治性、服用抗癫痫西药种类数的相关性。结论癫痫共病抑郁的中医症状具有以气郁为基础的五脏虚损性特征;癫痫共病抑郁的中医症状与癫痫病情相关。

Objective To explore the common traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and symptom distribution characteristics of epilepsy comorbidity depression.Methods The frequency and correlation of traditional Chinese medicine four diagnostic information of 130 patients with the disease of epilepsy comorbid depression was analyzed.Results During all the inrolled symptoms,according to the frequency of occurrence,ranked in the top 20 were depression,loss of interest,worry,irritability,sadness and hopelessness,spiritlessness,tiredness,difficulty falling asleep,heavy-head,forgetfulness,loss of appetite,panic,self-blame,lethargy,early awaking,dullness,dry mouth,silence,dreams,dizziness.Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the 130 patients show correlation with patients’gender,age,duration of epilepsy,intractable epilepsy,numbers of AEDs.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of epilepsy comorbidity depression have the characteristics of deficiency of the five internal organs based on qi stagnation.The traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of epilepsy comorbidity depression are related to the condition of epilepsy.
