补气活血方治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect of Invigorating Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Prescription in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

目的观察补气活血自拟方治疗消化性溃疡疗效。方法选取2021年3月—2021年12月于青岛西海岸新区中医医院住院治疗的消化性溃疡患者72例,均符合胃痛气虚血瘀证,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组患者均为36例,对照组给予胃乃安胶囊,治疗组给予青岛西海岸新区中医医院脾胃病科协定处方补气活血方,均治疗4个周,比较2组患者治疗后停止出血时间,Hp清除率,中医主要症状积分及胃镜下疗效。结果治疗组和对照组均能有效治疗消化性溃疡,治疗组在减少出血时间,改善胃脘刺痛、胃脘部胀满、反酸、头晕目眩、烧心、大便溏薄,幽门螺旋杆菌清除率,促进溃疡愈合等方面疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,对于神疲乏力、纳差的改善不明显,差异不具有统计学意义。结论益气活血自拟方安全有效,具有临床应用价值,显示了中医药组方在消化性溃疡治疗上的优势和价值。

Objective To observe the curative effect of self-made invigorating qi and activating blood circulation prescription in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods 72 patients with peptic ulcer hospitalized in Huangdao District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was given Weinaian capsule,and the treatment group was given self-made invigorating qi and activating blood circulation prescription.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The bleeding stop time,Hp clearance rate,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)main syndrome score and gastroscopic efficacy were compared between 2 groups.Results Both the treatment group and the control group can effectively treat peptic ulcer.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing bleeding time,improving symptoms of epigastric tingling,epigastric fullness,acid reflux,dizziness,heartburn,thin stool,no obvious improvement in listlessness and anorexia,clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori and promoting ulcer healing,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Invigorating qi and activating blood circulation prescription is safe and effective,and has certain clinical application value,which shows the advantages and value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
