中药膏摩治疗癌性腹胀临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine Ointment Rubbing in the Treatment of Cancerous Abdominal Distension

目的观察中药膏摩治疗癌性腹胀临床疗效。方法将60例癌性腹胀患者,依据是否愿意接受中医治疗的意愿分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予肿瘤专科舒适护理,治疗组在对照组基础上增加中药膏摩护理治疗。观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后证候积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药膏摩护理技术能有效减轻晚期肿瘤患者腹胀症状,并具有操作简单,不良反应少,患者易于接受等天然优势,故中药膏摩护理技术作为缓解晚期肿瘤患者癌性腹胀症状安全有效的治疗手段,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine ointment rubbing in the treatment of cancerous abdominal distension.Methods Sixty patients with cancerous abdominal distension were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to whether they were willing to receive traditional Chinese medicine treatment or not,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given oncology specialist comfort care,and the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine ointment rubbing on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The post-treatment syndrome score of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine ointment rubbing in the treatment of cancerous abdominal distension can effectively reduce the abdominal distension symptoms of advanced tumor patients,and has natural advantages such as simple operation,less side effects and easy acceptance by patients.Therefore,Chinese medicine ointment rubbing in the treatment of cancerous abdominal distension is worthy of clinical promotion as a safe and effective treatment method to relieve cancerous abdominal distension symptoms of advanced tumor patients.
