按摩联合脐部敷贴护理在胃肠术后患者中的应用

The Application of Massage Combined with Umbilical Application Nursing in Patients after Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的研究穴位按摩联合脐部敷贴护理在胃肠术后患者中的应用。方法选取2019年12月—2021年12月收治的76例胃肠手术后患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(38例)和观察组(38例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用穴位按摩联合脐部敷贴护理疗法,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组胃肠功能相关指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后第2天、第3天腹胀积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组术后第5天腹胀积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对胃肠术后患者实施穴位按摩联合脐部敷贴护理可有效改善患者腹胀,并促进其胃肠功能恢复,值得在医院进一步推广。

Objective To study the application of acupoint massage combined with umbilical applcation nursing in patients with gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 76 cases of gastrointestinal surgery patients from December 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received acupoint massage combined with umbilical application nursing therapy on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The indexes related to gastrointestinal function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The abdominal distension scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 2 nd and 3 rd day after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in abdominal distension score between the two groups on the 5 th day after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with umbilical application nursing can effectively improve abdominal distension and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,which is worthy of further promotion in hospitals.
