针灸推拿学硕士立体式实践教学体系的构建与实施

摘要 实践教学是培养针灸推拿学硕士研究生实践能力的重要环节,目前针灸推拿学硕士研究生实践教学中存在着人文素养教育零散化、实践教学内容知识化、创新思维培养低阶化等问题。为培养高素质的针灸推拿学硕士人才,针对目前实践教学现状,构建了“立体式”实践教学体系,强化人文素养、实践能力、创新思维“三维”实践教学目标,通过临床实践、研究实践、社会实践3个环节的实施,在实践教学方式上以形成性评价、科研驱动教学、导师组教学的“三贯穿”进行了机制优化,探索出了一条有效提高硕士研究生综合实践能力的培养之路。 Practice teaching is an important link to cultivate the practical ability of master degree students of acupuncture and massage.At present,there are some problems in the practice teaching of master degree students of acupuncture and massage,such as scattered humanistic quality education,knowledge-based practice teaching content,and low-level cultivation of innovative thinking and so on.In order to cultivate high-quality master talents of acupuncture and massage,a“three-dimensional”practical teaching system was constructed according to the current situation of practical teaching.The“three-dimensional”practical teaching objectives of humanistic quality,practical ability and innovative thinking were strengthened.Through the implementation of clinical practice,research practice and social practice,formative evaluation,research-driven teaching,scientific research-driven teaching and innovative thinking were adopted in practical teaching,the mechanism of“three penetrations”of tutor group teaching is optimized.And an effective way to improve the comprehensive practical ability of postgraduates is explored.
