ADOPT式健康教育对维持性血液透析患者内瘘维护质量及疾病不确定感的影响

Effect of ADOPT-style Health Education on Maintenance Quality of Internal Fistula and Disease Uncertainty in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探究ADOPT式健康教育对维持性血液透析患者内瘘维护质量及疾病不确定感的影响。方法选择河南科技大学第一附属医院2019年6月—2020年10月收治的维持性血液透析患者90例,经随机数字表法分为2组,均为45例,其中对照组采取常规宣教,观察组在对照组基础上加以ADOPT式健康教育,比较2组患者动静脉内瘘维护质量及疾病不确定感。结果观察组患者血流合格率、维护措施落实率均大于对照组,内瘘并发症发生率小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疾病不确定感中高水平患者占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ADOPT式健康教育,能降低维持性血液透析患者疾病不确定感水平,提高动静脉内瘘维护质量。

Objective To explore the influence of ADOPT-style health education on maintenance quality of internal fistula and disease uncertainty in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Ninety patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from June 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method,each of which was 45 cases.The control group used routine education and the observation group was given ADOPT-style health education on the basis of the control group.The maintenance quality of arteriovenous fistula and disease uncertainty between the two groups were compared.Results The blood flow qualification rate and the implementation rate of maintenance measures in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of internal fistula complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with moderate or high level of disease uncertainty in the observation group was which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ADOPT-style health education in maintenance hemodialysis patients can reduce the patient’s level of disease uncertainty and improve the maintenance quality of arteriovenous fistulas.
