2型糖尿病颈动脉斑块形成的危险因素及中医体质研究

Study on Risk Factors of Carotid Plaque Formation in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution

目的探讨2型糖尿病颈动脉斑块形成的危险因素及与中医体质的相关性研究。方法选取2020年1月—2021年8月就诊于山东中医药大学附属医院内分泌科及保健科的200例患者,利用超声检测颈动脉有无斑块形成分为糖尿病斑块形成组(病例组100例)和糖尿病无斑块组(对照组100例),采用二元Logistic回归分析2型糖尿病颈动脉斑块形成的危险因素及与中医体质的相关性分析。结果二元Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、Hb A1c、LDL-C、sd LDL-C、FIB升高是2型糖尿病患者形成颈动脉斑块的危险因素,血瘀质是相关体质。结论2型糖尿病颈动脉斑块形成的危险因素是年龄、Hb A1c、LDL-C、sd LDL-C、FIB,与血瘀质密切相关。

Objective To explore the risk factors of carotid plaque formation in type 2 diabetes mellitus and its correlation with traditional Chinese medicine constitution.Methods A total of 200 patients admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and Health Care of The Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected.Using ultrasonic detection of carotid artery plaque formation,they were divided into diabetes creating group(case group)and diabetes no plaque group(control group).Binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of carotid plaque formation in type 2 diabetes mellitus and its correlation with traditional Chinese medicine constitution.Results Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age,increased Hb A1c,LDL-C,SDLDL-C and FIB were risk factors for carotid plaque formation in type 2 diabetes patients,and blood stasis was related constitution.Conclusion The risk factors of carotid plaque formation in type 2 diabetes patients are age,Hb A1c,LDL-C,SDLDL-C and FIB,which are closely related to blood stasis.
