疏导解郁结合中医康复护理对脑梗死后抑郁状态患者的影响

Effect of Dredging and Relieving Depression Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Depression after Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨中医疏导解郁结合中医康复护理对脑梗死后抑郁状态患者的应用效果。方法选取江西中医药大学附属医院2017年9月—2022年2月收治的脑梗死后抑郁状态患者76例,按入院时间先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,各38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中医疏导解郁结合中医康复护理。结果护理结束后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低,积极应对方式评分高,消极应对方式评分低,精细运动能力测试量表(FMFM)评分高、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分高,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医疏导解郁联合中医康复护理效果显著,值得在脑梗死后抑郁状态患者治疗中推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effects of traditional Chinese medicine dredging and relieving depression combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on patients with depression after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 76 patients with post-cerebral infarction depression who were admitted to Jiangxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to February2022 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the time of admission,with 38 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine dredging and stagnation-relieving nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing.Results After the nursing,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,higher positive coping style scores,lower negative coping style scores,higher fine motor function measure(FMFM)scores,higher mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and activity of daily living scale(ADL)scores,and lower Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine dredging and relieving depression combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect,which is worthy of popularization and application in patients with depression after cerebral infarction.
