银屑病的中医外治研究进展

Research Progress of External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Psoriasis

银屑病,中医一般称其为“白疕”,民间则多称之为“牛皮癣”,同时也有一些古代文献称其为“白壳疮”。银屑病的确切致病因素现在还不明确,但目前多认为银屑病的发生与患者自身免疫、家族遗传以及周围环境之间的相互作用有关。银屑病作为一种慢性皮肤疾患,因其瘙痒、疼痛、全身斑块以及鳞屑甚至出血及关节变形等症状,给患者的身体、心理都造成了严重的伤害,并且严重影响了患者的学习、工作及生活。而中医外治法作为具有中医特色的中国传统治疗方法,在历代医家不懈尝试、积累和总结之下,整理出了多种能够有效治疗银屑病的方法,包括中药外擦、中药药浴、中药熏蒸、火针、走罐以及多种外治法联合等,并且以其效果独特、作用迅速之特点,在银屑病的治疗过程中起着不可或缺的作用。

Psoriasis,traditional Chinese medicine generally refers to it as“arthritic psoriasis”,and folks call it“psoriasis”.At the same time,some ancient documents call it“ringworm”.The exact cause of psoriasis is still unclear,but it is currently believed that the occurrence of psoriasis is related to the interaction between the patient’s autoimmunity,family inheritance,and the surrounding environment.As a chronic skin disease,psoriasis has caused serious physical and psychological damage to the patient due to its symptoms such as itching,pain,plaques and scaly all over the body,even bleeding and joint deformation,and seriously affected the patient’s study,Work and life.As a traditional Chinese treatment method with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics,the external treatment of Chinese medicine has compiled a variety of effective treatment methods for psoriasis under the unremitting attempts,accumulation and summary of several generations of doctors,including external rubbing of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine bathing,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,fire acupuncture,canning,and a combination of various external treatment methods,etc.,and with its unique effects and rapid action,play an indispensable role in the treatment of psoriasis.
