非煤系添加物在配煤中的应用研究

摘要 将添加物配入炼焦煤中,与一定量优质炼焦煤替换,可扩大炼焦配煤资源。阐述炼焦配煤中非煤系添加物的功能分类、共炭化原理及其相关应用,概括出炼焦配煤中非煤添加物黏结剂、瘦化剂的选取原则,并重点介绍非煤添加物黏结剂、瘦化剂代表性焦化固废焦油渣和干熄焦除尘焦粉作为炼焦配煤非煤添加物的基本特性试验及实际应用情况,得出其最佳添加比例参数。研究表明,炼焦配煤中非煤系添加物黏结剂、瘦化剂均有自身选取添加的原则,并应根据其所起作用添加到符合其应用条件的配合煤中。干熄焦除尘焦粉含有对焦炭质量起到劣化作用的物质,但可按一定比例替代性质相近的瘦煤,在满足大型高炉需求的常规顶装大型炼焦配煤条件下其替代比例一般不超过5%。炼焦配煤中非煤系添加物与焦化固废高效利用相叠加,对焦化行业资源利用、节能减排具有较大的借鉴意义。 Adding additives into coking coal and replacing them with a certain amount of high-quality coking coal can expand coking coal blending resources.The functional classification,co-carbonization principle and related application of non-coal additives in coking coal blending were described.The selection principle of non-coal additive binder and thinner in coking coal blending was summarized,taking non-coal additives binders,thinners representative coking solid waste tar residue and dry quenching de-dusting coke powder as the non-coal additives for coking coal blending,the basic characteristic tests and the application circumstance were introduced,the best adding proportion parameters were obtained.The research shows that the binder and thinner,which are non-coal based additives in coking coal blending,have the principle of self selection and addition,and should be added to the blended coal that meets its application conditions according to their functions.Coke powder from coke dry quenching dedusting contains substances that can degrade coke quality,but it can replace lean coal with similar properties in a certain proportion,under the condition of conventional top loading large coking coal blending to meet the demand of large blast furnace,the substitution ratio is generally not more than 5%.The superposition of non-coal additives in coking coal blending and efficient utilization of coking solid wastes has great reference significance for resource utilization,energy conservation and emission reduction in coking industry.
