摘要
捣固炼焦技术的发展可丰富焦炭产品、节约炼焦煤资源、降低生产成本并推动我国炼焦技术的进步。针对捣固焦应用于大型高炉的质疑,分析捣固焦与顶装焦在质量上的区别,通过调研分析国内捣固焦企业与顶装焦企业配煤情况从而得到两者的配煤差异,解释捣固焦与顶装焦质量区别的缘由,也为捣固焦和顶装焦配煤提供多元思路和方法,有利于企业针对性建立适合的配煤结构,降低配煤成本和提升焦炭质量,实现可持续发展。捣固焦的冷态强度与顶装焦持平,气孔率较低但气孔结构优于顶装焦,其热态强度和焦炭块度低于顶装焦且在高炉内焦窗厚度减小,导致捣固焦在大高炉应用的总体效果不及顶装焦,因而未来应加强捣固配煤技术研究并专注高质路线以满足大型高炉更加苛刻的质量需求。
The development of tamping coking technology can enrich coke products,save coking coal resources,reduce production costs and promote the progress of coking technology in China.Regarding to the query on application of tamping coke in large blast furnace,the quality difference between tamping coke and top mounted coke was analyzed.Through investigation and analysis of coal blending between domestic stamp charging coke enterprises and top charging coke enterprises,the difference between the two is obtained.The reason why the quality of tamped coke is different from that of top mounted coke was explained,it also provides multiple ideas and methods for tamping coke and top charging coke coal blending.It is beneficial for enterprises to establish appropriate coal blending structure,reduce coal blending cost,improve coke quality,and achieve sustainable development.Cold strength of tamped coke is equal to that of top mounted coke,the porosity is low,but the pore structure is better than that of top coke.Its thermal strength and coke lump size are lower than those of top charging coke,and the coke window thickness in the blast furnace is reduced,as a result,the overall effect of tamping coke application in large blast furnace is inferior to that of top charging coke.Therefore,in the future,we should strengthen the research on tamping coal blending technology and focus on high-quality lines to meet the more demanding quality requirements of large blast furnaces.
