摘要
煤矸分选是煤矿生产的必要工序,对于提高煤炭的清洁利用效率、提升煤矿的生产质量均有至关重要的作用。为了提高煤矸分选的准确率和降低生产成本,提出1种基于激光诱导击穿光谱技术(LIBS)的煤矸分选方法。通过LIBS对同一产地10个块煤样品和10个矸石样品的表面进行激发,并收集光谱数据后对其进行分析处理;基于煤和矸石的主要矿物成分为Si、Al、Ca、Fe、Mg、K、Na、Ti该8种主要元素,通过计算每次收集光谱数据中主要元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)以分析结果的重复性,再根据主要元素的特征谱线波峰面积对煤和矸石进行分类。实验结果表明,激光诱导击穿光谱技术对煤矸分选具有有效性,可利用煤和矸石的不同元素组成进行样品分类鉴别,从而提高煤矸分选效率,以期为进一步研制煤矸石智能分检仪器设备提供技术支撑。
Coal gangue separation is a necessary process in coal mine production,which plays a vital role in improving the clean utilization efficiency of coal and improving the production quality of coal mine.In order to improve the accuracy of coal gangue separation and reduce the production cost,a method of coal gangue separation based on laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)was proposed.LIBS is used to excite the surface of 10 lump coal samples and 10 gangue samples from the same origin,and the spectral data is collected and analyzed.The main mineral components of coal and gangue are silicon,aluminum,calcium,iron,magnesium,potassium,sodium and titanium.By calculating the repeatability of the relative standard deviation(RSD)analysis results of the main elements in each collection of spectral data,the coal and gangue are classified according to the peak area of the characteristic spectral lines of the main elements.The experimental results show that laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy is effective for coal gangue separation,and samples can be classified and identified by different element compositions of coal and gangue,thus improving the efficiency of coal gangue separation and providing technical support for the further development of intelligent equipment for coal gangue separation.
