摘要
谷物干燥机是保证粮食储存、运输、改善谷物形状及提高作物品质和加工性能的重要机械设备之一,谷物干燥机的设计依据、研究方法、控制过程对于提高干燥能力及谷物干燥效果具有重要意义。为了完善谷物干燥机设计方案及智能控制理论,基于谷物干燥机的应用优势及常见设备类型,系统论述了谷物干燥机的设计方案与参数计算方法,总结了目前常见的谷物干燥机智能控制方法。研究结果对于完善谷物干燥机控制理论提供借鉴与参考。
Grain dryer is one of the important mechanical equipment to ensure grain storage, transportation, improve grain shape and crop quality and processing performance. The design basis, research method and control process of grain dryer are of great significance to improve the drying capacity and grain drying effect of grain dryer. In order to improve the design scheme and intelligent control theory of grain dryer, this study systematically discusses the design scheme and parameter calculation method of inspirational dryer based on the application advantages and common equipment types of grain dryer, and finally summarizes the current common intelligent control methods of grain dryer. The research results provide theoretical reference and reference for improving the control theory of grain dryers.
