The 1 JSL-360 paddy field slurry mixer grader designed and researched is a complete set with a four-wheel drive tractor above 66.15 kW(90 horsepower). In the original paddy field stubble field, one operation can complete the multiple operations of tillage, harrowing, slurry mixing, stubble burying and land leveling, and its operation quality meets the requirements of mechanical transplanting for paddy field preparation. It has the advantages of cost saving, efficiency enhancement, low carbon, environmental protection, etc. The design scheme, structural principle, main technical parameters, design of key components and relevant calculations of the machine are discussed.
