摘要
家庭、学校和社会之间开展的持续、高质量的协同育人对儿童成长发展具有重要意义,摸清当前家校社协同育人的现状有助于及早发现问题,从而更加深入落实立德树人的根本任务。本研究以学校为切入点,对我国八省(自治区)149所中小学和幼儿园的149名校(园)长、2399名教师和69214名家长进行家校社协同育人基本现状的问卷调查,结果发现:当前以校为本的家校社协同育人活动有序开展,家长整体满意度较高,协同育人机制初具雏形;但仍存在协同育人观念落后、人力和经费保障不足、学校整合各方资源能力有限等问题。研究认为,为有效促进家校社协同育人,需要深化家校社协同育人理论的本土化研究,优化各方家校社协同育人理念;加快出台相关政策和细则,厘清各方责任与边界;注重家校社协同育人专业队伍培养,强化学校协同育人能力。
Continuous and high-quality collaborative education between family,school and society is of great significance to children’s growth and development.Analyzing its current status is conducive to identifying problems at an early stage so that the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents can be implemented more thoroughly.Taking schools as the starting point,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the basic status of collaborative education among 149 principals and 2,399 teachers from 149 schools(including primary and secondary schools and kindergartens)and 69,214 parents whose children were educated in those 149 schools in eight provinces and autonomous regions in China.The results indicated that at present,school-based family-school-society collaborative education projects are carried out in an orderly manner,command a high rate of satisfaction among parents,and that the collaborative education mechanism is taking shape.However,there are still some problems,such as outdated concepts of family-school-society collaborative education,insufficient manpower and financial resources,and the limited capacity of schools to integrate resources.The authors believe that in order to promote family-school-society collaborative education,it is necessary to deepen the localization of relevant theory so as to optimize all parties’understanding of collaborative education,accelerate the introduction of relevant policies and rules so as to clarify the responsibilities and boundaries of all parties,and emphasize the cultivation of professional teams specializing in family-school-society collaborative education so as to strengthen the collaborative education capacity of schools.
